Business process automation

Business process automation and system integration for enquiries, CRM updates, approvals and reporting. Connect your tools with reliable workflows and clear ownership.

Let the next step happen without the chasing.

Join up repeated tasks and information handoffs so your team can spend less time moving work between systems. We map the process, connect the tools and make exceptions visible.

The scope

What the service can include.

01

Process mapping and priorities

Identify repeated work, manual handoffs and a sensible first workflow to improve.

02

System and API integration

Connect authorised tools, define the source of truth and agree how records should move between them.

03

Workflow and approval design

Automate triggers, routing, notifications and updates, with human checkpoints where needed.

04

Testing and operational visibility

Check retries, duplicate events and failed steps, with clear logs and a recovery route.

and the people doing it.

When this service makes sense

A strong fit when the same information is copied between tools, follow-ups depend on memory or approvals are difficult to track. A bounded, repeated process is often the best place to start and measure the difference.

What it could look like

An enquiry workflow might capture website details, create or update a CRM record, assign an owner and prepare a follow-up task. A content workflow might connect a draft, review and scheduled release. Each step has an owner and an agreed way to handle missing or incorrect information.

How we deliver it

We map the current process and establish a baseline for volume, time and errors. The first workflow is built and tested with realistic records and exceptions. A controlled release gives your team the chance to review the result before more work is connected.

What shapes cost and timing

The number of systems, available APIs, data quality and required reliability shape the scope. External tools can have subscription, usage or access limits. We identify those dependencies and agree monitoring, maintenance and recovery responsibilities before launch.

Common questions.

All automation FAQs
Does business automation always need AI?

No. Predictable steps such as routing an enquiry or updating a record can often use ordinary rules. AI is useful when a step requires interpretation of language or other unstructured information, with suitable checks.

Which process should we automate first?

Choose a frequent, well-understood task with a clear owner, manageable exceptions and a measurable outcome. A focused pilot makes it easier to compare effort, operating cost and quality before expanding.

What happens if an automated step fails?

Failure behaviour is part of the design. Depending on the workflow, it can include retries, alerts, a review queue and a manual recovery path. The goal is to make a failed step visible and prevent silent loss or duplicate work.
