The delivery process has six stages, with a clear decision at each one. We use the same methods on our own publishing properties, comparison platforms and software products, and what we learn there feeds back into client work.
Map the work and agree the scope.
We map the journeys, systems and handoffs, then agree deliverables, responsibilities, costs and measures of success before anything is built.
Design, build and connect.
Working designs become software you can try, connected to the agreed tools, with progress shown in regular reviews.
Prove it alongside your team.
We test the journeys, integrations and exceptions. AI workflows can run in shadow mode first, with every output held for review.
Launch with control.
A release plan, approval gates, documentation, access and a recovery plan, and a team that knows how to use the system.
